Blazer Tech Buildings 1 & 2
Blazer Tech Buildings 1 and 2 are both one-story office buildings in Columbus, Ohio’s desirable Dublin submarket. The site is located on Blazer Parkway, just north of Rings Road, in Columbus’ largest office submarket. The buildings feature a high ceiling, an efficient floor plan, and a parking ratio of 6 spaces per 1,000 square feet. Building 1 was finished in October of 2019 and Building 2 was complete in 2022. The Blazer Tech 1 building was built by Pepper Construction Ohio, a subsidiary of Pepper Construction Group, which later became the building’s anchor tenant. The remaining 42,000 square feet at Blazer Tech I was leased by Andelyn Biosciences, a global provider of cell and gene therapy solutions. Andelyn uses most of its space as a laboratory, with supporting office space.
Mac Tools, a Stanley Black & Decker subsidiary, signed a long term lease to fully occupy Building 2 as the company’s North American training center, with trainees flying in from all over North America to receive instruction on hand tools and specialty items, as well as a full range of power tools, electronics, and shop equipment.
