Overland One Building 2
The Overland One development is located at the southeast corner of Interstate 435 and Nall Avenue in Overland Park, Kansas, which is a part of the South Johnson County submarket. The 14.3- acre site is being redeveloped into a Class A corporate campus containing 355,500 square feet distributed across three mid-rise buildings. Overland One has also secured EDRB’s (Economic Development Revenue Bonds) for sales tax exemption on construction materials for all three lots of the development. The development has been sold to Creative Planning, as Building 1 will be its new corporate headquarters. Lot 2 is being developed as a four-story, 103,086-square-foot speculative office building. Both buildings will be delivered for occupancy mid-2018. No timeline has been set for the development of Lot 3, which has been approved for up to 125,555 square feet of office space for a total project size of 355,500 square feet.
