The Overland One development is situated at the southeast corner of Interstate 435 and Nall Avenue in Overland Park, Kansas, a submarket in South Johnson County. The 14.3-acre site was redeveloped into a Class A corporate campus with three mid-rise buildings totaling 355,500 square feet. The development was sold to Creative Planning, whose new corporate headquarters are located in Building 1. Access to Building 1’s full-service cafeteria, bocce ball court, and exterior areas with seating for events provide easy access to the outdoors are among the campus’s amenities. Building Two is a 103,086-square-foot, four-story office building that was completed in 2018. Creative Planning occupies half of the Building Two, which also houses HCA Midwest Health, Serendipity Labs and Rx Savings.
