Overland One Building 2

The Overland One development is located at the southeast corner of I-435 and Nall Avenue in Overland Park Kansas, which is a part of the South Johnson County submarket. The 14.31 acre site is being redeveloped into a Class A corporate campus containing a 355,500 gsf distributed across three mid-rise buildings. Overland One has also secured EDRB’s (Economic Development Revenue Bonds) for sales tax exemption on construction materials for all three lots of the development. The development has been sold to Creative Planning as Building 1 will be its new corporate headquarters. Lot 2 is being developed as a four-story, 103,086 gsf speculative office building. Both buildings will be delivered for occupancy mid-2018. No timeline has been set for the development of Lot 3, which has been approved for up to 125,555 gsf of office space.
