The Overland One development is situated at the southeast corner of Interstate 435 and Nall Avenue in Overland Park, Kansas, a submarket in South Johnson County. The 14.3-acre site was redeveloped into a Class A corporate campus with three mid-rise buildings totaling 355,500 square feet. The development was sold to Creative Planning, whose new corporate headquarters are located in Building 1. A full-service cafeteria, balconies, a bocce ball court, and exterior areas with seating for events provide easy access to the outdoors are among the campus’s amenities. The five-story, 126,000-square-foot Building One was completed in 2018 and includes a 180-car parking deck. The building’s modern finishes and materials are intended to be both sophisticated and inviting, with a focus on maximizing natural light and a welcoming atmosphere.
