Logistics Three

Logistics Three is a build-to-suit industrial project built for GE Aviation near the CVG Airport in Florence, Kentucky. The project consists of a 69,000-square-foot industrial building, which plays an instrumental role in supporting the company’s growing customer base. Located just south of Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky International Airport, the team of nearly 50 employees perform services that include remote borescope inspection, compressor top case repairs, fan case removal and installation, turbine module replacements, and gearbox and component replacements. GE Aviation is one of the largest manufacturers in the Greater Cincinnati area and has been in service near CVG since 1997. The build-to-suit facility answered a growing demand for its engine repair services. VanTrust sold the property in December 2020.
