The Pointe at Polaris was a rare joint venture opportunity between VanTrust Real Estate and N.P. Limited. VanTrust approached Polaris Centers, the landowners, about developing an office building. The landowners agreed to a 50/50 partnership with VanTrust to develop a mixed-use project that would feature office, multifamily, and retail, marking VanTrust’s first mixed-use project in the Columbus region.
