The Park Place Tortoise Headquarters Office building is a three-story, 50,000-square-foot building that was a build-to-suit headquarters project for Tortoise Capital Advisors. They have a 10-year lease and began occupying their new headquarters in November 2019. The Office has 158 dedicated parking spaces in the adjacent parking garage and also has 34 surface spaces in front of the building for visitors. Amenities include a fitness center, a conferencing center, and an exterior patio that compliments a large break room.
