Four Gateway

VanTrust acquired the 138,240 SF, four-story building called Four Gateway in April 2015, which at the time was fully leased to State Farm Insurance. VanTrust constructed a 350-space parking garage and immediately leased the entire office building of Four Gateway to CVS Pharmacy, Inc. The building was subsequently sold to Crown Realty and Development in September 2016. The building is part of the Phoenix Gateway Corporate Center.
