Four Gateway

VanTrust acquired the 140,000-square-foot, four-story Four Gateway building in April 2015, which was fully leased to State Farm Insurance at the time. VanTrust constructed a 350-space parking garage and immediately leased the entire Four Gateway office building to CVS Pharmacy, Inc. In September 2016, VanTrust sold the building to Crown Realty and Development. The building is a part of the Phoenix Gateway Corporate Center.
