VanTrust acquired the HNTB Building at 715 Kirk Drive in January 2015. The building consists of a 132,000-square-foot office building and a three-level parking structure with 300 parking spaces. Surface parking provides for approximately 310 spaces. The west wing of the building was constructed in 1953, and the east wing and parking structure were added in 2001. The entire property has been renovated to modern standards. HNTB Corporation is the sole tenant of the office building.
