This award-winning building is located in a prime, central location in Tampa Bay with top-end amenities and direct connection to the airport’s main terminal. Fully-equipped with a conference center, fitness center housing locker rooms and showers, multiple wifi common areas indoor and out, and abundant shopping and entertainment in the surrounding area that highlights a remarkable work-play environment.

SkyCenter One is also the first office building in Tampa Bay to obtain LEED Platinum Certification. The project demonstrates its sustainable and environmentally-focused design for implementing practical and measurable solutions in areas including sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection, and indoor environmental quality. Built with 100% low-emitting materials, SkyCenter One generates 34% less energy than industry baseline and saves an estimated 1.1 million gallons of water annually. This building combines the future with the functional, which stands apart from other office buildings in Tampa Bay.
