An on-site fitness center, tenant lounge, shared conference room, grab-and-go fresh vending, and structured parking are among the amenities. The building has direct access to The Hub, Frisco Station’s planned entertainment district, and The Star mixed-use development. Hike and bike trails, as well as additional health and wellness options, are all within walking distance of the building. The building’s project architect was HKS, Inc. The design-build contractor was Manhattan Construction.
