Building J at Park Place is a 55,000-square-foot, mixed-use building containing approximately ±40,000 square feet of office space and ±11,000 square feet of retail space with 13 executive parking spaces beneath the building. Building J is located in the Park Place Development in Leawood, Kansas, a mile south of Interstate 435 and was completed in November 2011. SCOR Global Life Americas, one of the industry’s top professional life re-insurers, occupies all of the available office space in the building.
