Owned by more than 15,000 farmers, Dairy Farmers of America is one of the world’s largest dairy cooperatives. Their new 110,000-square-foot, Class A, world headquarters building is located near a thriving regional mixed-use development in Kansas City, Kansas. The building is designed to reflect DFA’s corporate culture, suit its specific needs, and provide flexibility for future office and programmatic expansions.

Designed to accommodate 475 employees, DFA’s highly amenitized building features include: a full-service kitchen and cafeteria, fitness and locker room facilities, a multipurpose room large enough to hold all DFA’s employees at the same time, four outdoor meeting rooms and a walking trail around the entire perimeter of the 13.5-acre site. Reflective of its corporate culture’s focus on stewardship of natural resources, the building is LEED Silver certified. DFA is also a winner of the 2018 Kansas City Business Journal Capstone Award in the Office category.
