VanTrust purchased a 26-acre parcel of land on the northwest corner of Chandler Boulevard and McClintock Road in Chandler, Arizona in May 2016. VanTrust developed Chandler Corporate Center I, a two-story, 120,000-square-foot office building on 11 acres, as the first phase of development. Chandler Corporate Center’s location offers unparalleled access to shopping and hospitality amenities while also being strategically located near Loops 101 and 202. Allstate Insurance leased the entire building in February 2019. VanTrust sold phase one to Strategic Office Partners in June 2019.
