Parkside on Legacy is a multi-phase, 101,000-square-foot, speculative multi-tenant office building located in the Legacy submarket. With an abundant amount of amenities in close proximity and located adjacent to White Rock Creek, Parkside exemplifies the live-work-play mentality of Legacy. Parkside also combines ample parking for the submarket and Class A office feel, at a competitive rate. Other building amenities include multiple shared tenant conference rooms and a tenant lounge. With a classical but modern exterior, Parkside was constructed with a full-size brick exterior facade. Large glass openings provide a generous amount of light for tenant spaces. JE Dunn was hired on a design-build contract. Corgan Architects was hired as the project architect.
