Overland One Building 3
Building 3 at Overland One is the third and final Office building in the Creative Planning Campus. It consists of a 4-level 103,000-square-foot office building and a 4-level 386 car structured parking garage. An additional 45 surface stalls achieves a total parking ratio of 4 cars per 1,000 rentable square feet. The core/shell office building and garage is expected to be complete in August 2021.
