Village at Aspen Place

Village at Aspen Place is a mixed-use residential and retail property located adjacent to Aspen Place at the Sawmill near the intersection of Butler Avenue and Sawmill Road in Flagstaff, Arizona. The project is comprised of 222 luxury apartment units and 32,634 RSF of street level retail. A five-level parking structure with 344 secured spaces is planned. In addition, the project includes 101 surface spaces. Construction commenced in April 2014, with the first phase projected to be delivered in the summer of 2015. Three additional phases will be ready for occupancy between September 2015 and January 2016. The project is co-developed by VanTrust Real Estate and EPC Real Estate Group.
