The Crossroads at Belton is a multi-phase grocery store anchored retail project at the intersection of Missouri Highway 58 and State Route Y in Belton, Missouri, just south of the Kansas City MSA. Phase I consisted of a 68,000-square-foot Cosentino’s Price Chopper and Phase II consisted of an 18,200-square-foot retail shop building. An additional 28,000 square feet of junior anchors and shops were designed to accommodate larger retail tenants. In addition, there are three out parcels for bank, restaurant, and complimentary uses.
