SkyCenter One – Tampa Airport

VanTrust completed construction in 2021 on the new, Class A, nine-story SkyCenter One office building. Built with 100% low-emitting materials, SkyCenter One generates 34% less energy than industry baseline and saves an estimated 1.1 million gallons of water annually.
