51 Main, located in Kansas City, Missouri, just south of the historic Country Club Plaza in the vibrant South Plaza neighborhood, was VanTrust’s first city infill multifamily site. Due to its proximity to major employment and more than 100 restaurants in the Plaza/Brookside areas, the location is widely regarded as one of the trendiest in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Significant neighborhood outreach was accomplished by means of neighborhood association meetings with neighboring homeowners and businesses alike.
