The Pointe at Polaris continues to gain momentum, now at 90 percent occupancy.
VanTrust Real Estate and N.P. Ltd, are pleased to announce two new tenants to The Pointe at Polaris. Dwight Capital LLC, headquartered in New York and one of the largest commercial real estate finance companies in the country, has leased office space. In addition, Ohio Real Title, offering a wide variety of financial services including title and escrow closings, judiciary and property information reports, and lien searches, has leased space. Both companies are expected to take occupancy this summer.

Dwight Capital and Ohio Real Title join an impressive roster of companies that include office tenants Bank of America and Anthem Blue Cross Insurance. Retail tenants include Sweetwaters Coffee, Club Pilates, Kitchen Social, and Condados Tacos.

VanTrust partnered with N.P. Ltd. to build the project at 8800 Lyra Drive, while M + A Architects worked with VanTrust to design the development and Elford was the general contractor.
