VanTrust continues its string of success with new tenants.
VanTrust Real Estate, LLC is pleased to announce two leases at its new project in New Albany. Innovation I, a 253,000-square-foot building, was completed in December 2020. 158,000 square feet was immediately leased to Voyant Beauty, a supplier of beauty and personal care products. A leading manufacturer has taken the remaining 95,000 square feet, making Innovation I 100% leased. After finalizing the leases at Innovation I, VanTrust continues its momentum in New Albany by breaking ground on a sister building, Innovation II.
The quick leasing of Innovation I follows the success of VanTrust’s 302,000 square feet modern bulk distribution center that was immediately leased upon completion to Hims & Hers in February of 2020.
