As Director of Development for the Columbus office, Brice Harrison’s primary responsibilities include identification, evaluation, and execution of build-to-suit and speculative development opportunities, oversight of the design and construction teams, communication with municipalities and neighborhoods, project economics, as well as successful project delivery.

Prior to joining VanTrust, Brice spent 3.5 years at Cerner across multiple disciplines, with the majority of his time spent in the acquisition space. His responsibilities included due diligence, data analysis, and project management. Prior to joining Cerner, Brice was a development intern with VanTrust.

Brice has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Leadership Studies from Kansas State University and is a Fall 2020 Graduate of the Centurions Leadership Program.
