As Manager of Asset Enhancement at VanTrust, Trey Herman supports the operational performance of both completed projects and those in development, ensuring alignment with the firm’s investment and development objectives. Trey partners with property managers, brokers, accountants, construction managers, lenders, architects, and service providers to maximize the value and efficiency of each asset.

Before joining VanTrust, Trey served as Chief Operating Officer for Maxim Golf, where he oversaw operations for twelve golf courses across the Midwest. He began his career at Dub’s Dread Golf Club, advancing from General Manager to a leadership role at Maxim Golf, where he gained extensive experience in operations management, team leadership, and strategic planning.

Trey earned his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Fort Hays State University.
