Tulasi Commerce Park is a speculative modern bulk distribution center located less than a half-mile east of Highway 75 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Building A (fully leased) is a ±231,000-square-foot (54,866 available), 32-foot clear height, rear-load building, all situated on 45 acres. It will encompass 24 dock-high doors and 2 drive-in loading doors. Building B (fully leased) is a ±453,000-square-foot, 36-foot clear height, cross-dock building with 44 dock-high doors and 4 drive-in loading doors.

The property’s location allows for quick access to Tulsa’s major highways, making the Tulsa International Airport only a 10-minute drive, a 15-minute drive to downtown Tulsa, and a 20-minute drive to the Port of Catoosa.

Sustainable design and best construction practices were prioritized throughout the project, resulting in both buildings A and B achieving Green Globes Certification.
