Vantage North is a 350-acre, logistics and distribution park located in North Las Vegas, Nevada – the largest industrial development in Southern Nevada to date. It will be developed in phases and able to accommodate up to 4.2 million square feet. Mass grading and infrastructure construction commenced in January of 2022 with 3 million cubic yards of dirt moved in 2022. During that time, VanTrust secured a 580,000-square-foot build-to-suit with SC Logistics and moved forward on plans for a 446,000-square-foot speculative building, marking the first phase of the project. In November, the team broke ground on the first two buildings. It took tremendous coordination and collaboration with stakeholders including the City of North Las Vegas, Martin Harris, Taney Engineering, HPA Architects, CBRE, among others to achieve this amount of progress in just a year’s time.
The site is the gateway to Apex Industrial Park and features direct access via the Speedway Interchange and a half mile of freeway frontage to the I-15. The site is zoned general industrial (M-2), building sizes range from 400,000 square feet to 1.2+ million square feet with ample automobile and trailer parking.
