As Vice President of Asset Enhancement at VanTrust, Jimmy Angelotti oversees the operational performance of both completed projects and those in development, aligning results with the firm’s investment and development objectives. He collaborates closely with internal and external partners – including property managers, brokers, accountants, construction managers, lenders, architects, and a wide range of service providers to ensure each asset operates at its highest potential.

Jimmy brings extensive experience managing over a billion dollar portfolio in commercial, multifamily, and retail assets nationwide. Since joining VanTrust in 2017, he has leveraged his diverse background to drive value creation and operational excellence across the portfolio.

Before entering real estate, Jimmy spent more than 25 years in the golf industry, gaining deep expertise in agronomy, construction, operations, and golf course management. This unique foundation gives him a well-rounded perspective on asset performance, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
