Andy serves as Chief Development Officer at VanTrust, overseeing all development activity nationwide. In this role, he leads the strategic direction and execution of the company’s real estate development efforts across all markets. Based in Columbus, Andy previously led VanTrust’s operations throughout Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Michigan in his capacity as Executive Vice President, where he managed all phases of the development process including project feasibility, market analysis, site acquisitions, entitlements, and design and construction oversight for build-to-suit and speculative office, industrial, mixed-use, and multifamily projects.

Andy brings over 25 years of experience across a wide range of commercial real estate product types, including office, mixed-use, multifamily, industrial, and senior housing. Throughout his career, he has completed projects with an aggregate value of several billion dollars in various markets across the country.

Prior to joining VanTrust, Andy was Vice President of Real Estate Development at Opus North Corporation, where he oversaw the development and leasing of more than four million square feet of commercial projects in Columbus and Cincinnati. Before that, he led the real estate division of a publicly traded senior housing company, directing the nationwide development of 25 senior housing projects.
