Positioned on 81 acres, the project has convenient access to all major interstates and exchanges including Interstates 70, 270, 71, US 23 and SR 665. This building contains three drive-in doors and 100 dock-high doors with the potential for up to 167 additional dock doors, a clear height of 40 feet, and ESFR sprinkler systems. The project was completed in July 2021 and offered a 15-year, 100% tax abatement.
