Phil Rasey serves as Executive Vice President for VanTrust’s Columbus office, a role he was promoted to in 2025. In this position, he leads development efforts across the region and is responsible for the identification, evaluation, and execution of speculative and build-to-suit opportunities within VanTrust’s primary asset classes.

Phil has overseen the development of over 13 million square feet of institutional-grade office and industrial developments across the midwest
with a total value of over $900 million. He has over 20 years of leasing and development experience and extensive knowledge of construction, sales, leasing, and development. His client-centric approach has generated value and performance for both tenants and ownership alike.

Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from The Ohio State University.
