Rick Central 759 is a 759,000-square-foot industrial building located in the heart of the Rickenbacker submarket. The building contains 36-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler system, 61 trailer parking stalls and 292 parking spaces with the ability to add 40 future trailer parking stalls and 24 additional car parking spaces. The project was started in May 2018 and completed just seven months later, then immediately leased to a national retailer for their e-commerce operations.
