MTX Group Secures 20,000 Square Feet in the Offices Two at Frisco Station

The addition of MTX Group brings building to 90% leased

VanTrust Real Estate, LLC, office developer at Frisco Station, is adding MTX Group Inc. to The Offices Two at Frisco Station, a 210,000-square-foot, Class A speculative office building. Located at the northwest quadrant of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway, the building is the second of five planned office buildings for the office district at Frisco Station, a 242-acre mixed-use development.

MTX Group, a leading digital transformation services company for the private, education and government sectors, will lease more than 20,000 square feet of office space at The Offices Two. MTX Group plans to move in in the first half of 2021.

The Offices Two at Frisco Station, completed in early 2020, is a mid-rise office tower with structured parking, a fitness center, conference center and tenant lounge. Beyond The Offices Two’s featured amenities, Frisco Station offers its customers access to acres of a programmed park system that enables a one-of-a-kind flexible work environment. The Offices at Frisco Station District has seen strong demand amidst the pandemic. With the addition of MTX Group Inc., The Offices Two at Frisco Station is 90% leased. The next addition to Frisco Station’s office district, The Offices Three at Frisco Station, will offer 210,000 square feet of office space to the development and is slated for completion in April of 2021. It has already begun pre-leasing.
