VanTrust Real Estate has completed construction on Chandler Corporate Center Phase II, a 118,000-square-foot office building in less than a year. Located on 12 acres at 4100 W. Chandler Boulevard, in the heart of a thriving and growing business center in the southeast valley, the two-story building VanTrust development compliments the building constructed in phase one, which was leased to Allstate Insurance and subsequently sold to Strategic Office Partners in 2019.
The speculative office project, marketed by Colliers and designed by Butler Design Group, Phoenix, provides unparalleled access to retail and hospitality amenities, such as Chandler Fashion Center, and is strategically positioned in proximity to the Loop 202 South Mountain Freeway and the Loop 101 Agua Fria Freeway. VanTrust owns six remaining acres of land, which provides the opportunity for additional office and retail development in the future.
“Building on the success of phase one, we’ve created a special environment in Chandler ideal for recruiting great talent and giving companies a place for their workforce to thrive,” said Jenna Borcherding, VanTrust Director, Development. “We paid special attention to the details and midway through construction incorporated automated door openers, touchless fixtures and an outdoor amenity area to provide a healthy environment and place where employees will want to come to the office.”
The building features a two-story glass entrance, expansive 58,000-square-foot floor plates, and an abundance of glass.
