Company to open in-house distribution and fulfillment center, creating 500 new jobs in Central Ohio.
Just months after completing a 302,880-square-foot facility in New Albany, VanTrust Real Estate is pleased to announce that the entire building has been leased. Hims & Hers, a direct-to-consumer digital health and wellness company, has chosen the New Albany location for a mail-order pharmacy and fulfillment center. Approximately 500 new jobs will be created, with hiring to begin in the second quarter of 2020 for positions including picking and packing, supervisors, pharmacy technicians, and customer service personnel.

Rick Trott of CBRE, and Dan Wendorf and Brian Marsh of JLL, brokered the deal. The new facility will support the company’s growth and will also house its licensed mail-order pharmacy. Thanks to a large pool of reliable and skilled talent, an integrated and collaborative supply chain, and top distribution and export capabilities, the New Albany region was chosen as the ideal location.
