As Vice President of Development, Phil Rasey’s primary responsibilities will be helping to lead development efforts for the Columbus team across all types. 

Phil brings 15 years of leasing and development experience with a strong knowledge of development, construction, leasing and sales. Phil has developed more than 4 million square feet of institution grade office and industrial developments on a speculative and build-to-suit basis with an aggregate value exceeding $250 million. He has a client focused approach that has created value and performance for both tenants and ownership alike. He has coordinated all the legal, financial and construction requirements for more than 6.5 million SF of office and industrial lease transactions. 

Phil graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management.
