As Information Technology Director for VanTrust Real Estate, Tyler Macoubrie leads the company’s technology strategy and operations, driving digital transformation and championing the end-user experience across VanTrust’s national offices.

Tyler brings a diverse, cross-industry background to VanTrust, with more than 13 years of experience applying technology solutions across the military, commercial, and healthcare sectors. His career in IT began with the United States Air Force, where he was stationed at Columbus Air Force Base in Mississippi and RAF Lakenheath in the United Kingdom, developing a disciplined foundation in systems operations and enterprise infrastructure. Following his military service, Tyler gained commercial industry experience at Bioworld Merchandising before moving into healthcare IT at JPS Health Network, one of the largest public health systems in Texas. At JPS, he led user services operations for a $950 million public health system employing more than 7,200 people across North Texas.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas.
