Platte International Commerce Center is a 155-acre, logistics and distribution park in Platte City, Missouri. 3-4 Class A Industrial buildings accounting for 2.36M square feet will be available for leasing to tenants, with specific spacing availability from 50,000 to 1.3M square feet. These buildings will be part of a 16-Year Tax PILOT Abatement Program.

Building B is a 748,833 SF building equipped with 74 expandable dock doors and a 36′ clear height.

In addition to an optimal location in the Kansas City metro with immediate access to I-29 and I-435, the distribution center is ideally located nationally. Kansas City is regarded as a top location for ecommerce companies with the ability to reach most of the U.S. in two days or less, and the location provides access to the following major freight distribution markets within 12 hours: Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Indianapolis, Louisville, Memphis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Omaha and St. Louis.
