Platte International Commerce Center is a 155-acre, logistics and distribution park in Platte City, Missouri. 3-4 Class A Industrial buildings accounting for 2.36M square feet will be available for leasing to tenants, with specific spacing availability from 50,000 to 1.3M square feet. These buildings will be part of a 16-Year Tax PILOT Abatement Program.

Building C will be a +/- 526,119 RSF cross-dock, speculative industrial building located in the southwest quadrant of the site. Building C is planned to be delivered by July 2025.

In addition to an optimal location in the Kansas City metro with immediate access to I-29 and I-435, the distribution center is ideally located nationally.
