As Vice President of Development for VanTrust, Justin Duff is responsible for evaluating build-to-suit and speculative development opportunities, oversight of design and construction teams, communicating with municipalities and neighborhoods, determining project economics, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Since 2003, Justin has worked in the real estate industry, applying his years of commercial construction and development experience to a wide range of product types. Justin’s project experience at VanTrust includes Burns & McDonnell’s World Headquarters Expansion, Kiewit Headquarters, Plaza Vista (Polsinelli) Office Development, and Meadowbrook Park – a 139-acre golf course redevelopment project consisting of 48 single family lots, 70 town home units, 225 senior housing units, 282 multi-family units, and a 54-room boutique inn with 5,000 sf of retail space. Most recently, Justin has been working with the Johnson County Airport Commission as the master developer for New Century Commerce Center, an 820 acre industrial park. Utilizing his past experiences, accomplishments, and industry relationships, Justin constructs and leads project teams effectively throughout the design, preconstruction, and construction phases.

Justin is a LEED Accredited Professional with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Central Missouri.
