Jessica has over 20 years of expertise in commercial real estate, with the majority of that time spent working with inside counsel for developers managing and advising all aspects of real estate transactions from acquisition, construction and development, and disposition of projects. Jessica oversees legal services for VanTrust’s nationwide locations and works out of the Kansas City office.

Prior to joining VanTrust in 2024, Jessica worked as a Real Estate specialist/analyst for large legal firms including Polsinelli PC and Dentons US LLP.

She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Central Missouri followed by a Paralegal Certification from Avila University.
