Jeff Dillon joined VanTrust in 2011 as part of the Kansas City development team. Since 2015, he has led the company’s acquisitions and dispositions. In 2022, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer. In his role as COO, Jeff oversees the company’s daily operations, collaborating with department heads and supervisors to maintain company culture and support employees’ daily activities.

In addition to his operational responsibilities, Jeff manages VanTrust’s acquisition and disposition strategies. He plays a key role in executing the company’s exit strategy, which involves underwriting, structuring, and negotiating deals. VanTrust focuses on core-plus and value-add acquisition opportunities across all major commercial real estate sectors in top-tier locations. These transactions typically involve repositioning underperforming assets, enhancing the value of stabilized properties, and exploring redevelopment opportunities.
