Grant Harrison leads the Kansas City office as Executive Vice President and is responsible for multiple markets in the midwest region. He leads the identification, evaluation, and execution of build-to-suit and speculative development opportunities. Grant’s work includes oversight of design and construction teams, project economics, and communication with municipalities, neighborhoods, and the broader real estate community to ensure successful project delivery. Since joining VanTrust, he has been involved in numerous projects spanning pursuits, entitlements, design and construction, and financing.

A lifelong resident of the Kansas City metro area, Grant is deeply engaged in the community. He serves on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Greater Kansas City and chairs the Board of KC SmartPort. He also sits on the Snowball Patron Committee for Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas and has been a member and volunteer with the Brian Patrick Euston Foundation since 2016. He was recently accepted to the Board of Rockhurst High School, where he also serves on the Facilities Committee.

Grant holds a degree in business administration and finance from Oklahoma State University.
