Ethan Hatcher is an Analyst of Acquisitions and Dispositions at VanTrust, where he supports the firm’s investment strategy and portfolio growth. He joined VanTrust in July 2025 following his role as an Investment Analyst and Asset Manager at Farnam Street Real Estate Capital in Omaha, NE. At Farnam, Ethan led asset performance optimization, conducted asset and portfolio valuations, produced investor reporting packages, and underwrote a range of real estate investment strategies across multiple markets.

In his current role at VanTrust, Ethan focuses on the identification, evaluation and underwriting of investment and development opportunities. Ethan’s responsibilities include financial modeling, valuation analysis, acquisition due diligence, deal structuring and transaction execution, from pursuit through closing.

Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Kansas State University, and earned Master’s degrees in Finance and Business Administration from Creighton University.
