As Vice President of Development for VanTrust, Bob Gude is responsible for evaluating build-to-suit and speculative development opportunities, oversight of design and construction teams, communicating with municipalities and neighborhoods, determining project economics, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

With over 30 years of experience in real estate development, construction, and brokerage, Bob brings deep industry knowledge to our team. He specializes in built-to-suit and speculative industrial projects and has held leadership roles at several prominent national development firms. Throughout his career, Bob has built strong relationships with brokers, contractors, and suppliers while overseeing significant industrial portfolios and development projects.

Bob earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics at the University of Missouri.
