VT 303 Building 2 is a 543,000-square-foot speculative industrial distribution building situated on 35.1 acres in Glendale, Arizona along the rapidly growing Loop 303 corridor. The site features convenient access to the Loop 303 freeway and is just two miles from Northern Parkway and less than five miles North of Interstate 10. Building 2 was the second building completed within the VT 303 distribution center. The first building was a built-to-suit warehouse and distribution facility for Amazon, a multinational e-commerce and technology company. VanTrust sold the building in March 2022.
