VT 202 is a 2-building infill industrial development located along the Loop 202 in the highly desirable Southwest Phoenix submarket. The property is located on 12 acres along 59th Avenue, less than a mile from two interchanges on the Loop 202 South Mountain Freeway, just 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport.
