Platte International Commerce Center is a 155-acre, logistics and distribution park in Platte City, Missouri. These Class A buildings will be available for leasing to tenants, with specific spacing availability from 50,000 to 1.3M square feet. These buildings will be part of a 16-Year Tax PILOT Abatement Program.

Building A & D will be available for BTS opportunities and or sale. Building A, +/-319,000 RSF rear-loaded, SE quadrant and is now pad ready.
