In May of 2019, VanTrust commenced construction on a 322,000-square-foot build-to-suit for Reckitt Benckiser, a health and cleaning supplies manufacturer, on 18 acres in North Las Vegas. The warehouse is climate-controlled with strict horizontal and vertical temperature constraints. The project was completed in February of 2020 following 10 months of construction. The Reckitt Benckiser facility is part of Northgate Distribution Center, a 180-acre, 3.5-million-square-foot industrial park in North Las Vegas.

With the onset of the COVID-19 crisis, this location became mission critical to Reckitt Benckiser’s operation as health and cleaning supplies were in high demand. The efficiently designed site and building layout allowed for optimal throughput of goods at a time when the supply chain was experiencing extreme volatility.

The Reckitt Benckiser facility is part of Northgate Distribution Center, a 180-acre, 3.5-million-square-foot industrial park in North Las Vegas. The property has nearly a mile of frontage along Interstate 15 at Lamb Boulevard and provides state-of-the-art distribution space for nationally recognized companies including Amazon, The Honest Company, and Fanatics.

Sustainable design and best construction practices were prioritized throughout the project, resulting in the building achieving Green Globes Certification.
