In August 2016, just four months after construction commenced, VanTrust signed a 400,000-square-foot lease with Fanatics, a global seller of official licensed sports merchandise. Completed in December 2016, Fanatics’ new fulfillment center expands their customer service support and expedites delivery to West Coast and Northwest customers. This 558,000-square-foot, 36-foot clear height, concrete-tilt industrial building was the first building developed and built within Northgate Distribution Center.

The building sits on 25 acres and was the largest speculative industrial building ever constructed in Southern Nevada at the time. Northgate Distribution Center is a 180-acre, 3.5-million-square-foot industrial park in North Las Vegas. The property has nearly a mile of frontage along Interstate 15 at Lamb Boulevard and provides state-of-the-art distribution space for national and international companies including Amazon, The Honest Company, and Fanatics.
