VanTrust constructed this 248,000-square-foot warehouse and delivered the building in 2017. It was subsequently leased and occupied by Amazon. Building 1 is part of Northgate Distribution Center, a 180-acre, 3.5-million-square-foot industrial park in North Las Vegas. The property has nearly a mile of frontage along Interstate 15 at Lamb Boulevard and provides state-of-the-art distribution space for nationally recognized companies including Amazon, The Honest Company, and Fanatics.
