Fort Worth Logistics Hub is a two-building project located in the South Fort Worth industrial submarket of Dallas-Fort Worth. Located near the intersection of I-35W and Risinger Road, the project provides excellent highway access and visibility. Building 1 is a 671,000-square-foot cross-dock facility offering 36-foot clear heights, and ample car and trailer parking stalls. Construction for Building 1 was completed in February 2022. Besides its central location and global connectivity through DFW Airport, Fort Worth Logistics Hub is a part of the most diverse economy in Texas with access to one of the largest workforces in the United States.
